A varied loop through the High Atlas, Aït Ben Haddou, the Dades region and Todra Gorge to Merzouga, then back via Alnif, N’Kob, Zagora and the palm groves of the Draa Valley. Overnights in Boumalne Dades, a desert camp and a hotel in Zagora.

High Atlas via Tizi n’Tichka, Aït Ben Haddou and lunch, Ouarzazate and Kelaat M’Gouna. Night in Boumalne Dades.

2Dades → Todra Gorge → Rissani → Merzouga
Todra Gorge walk, Tinejdad and Erfoud, a Rissani stop, then a camel ride through Erg Chebbi to your camp.

3Merzouga → Alnif → N’Kob → Zagora
Optional sunrise, leave camp by camel or 4×4 and cross the southern landscapes to the Draa Valley. Night in Zagora.

4Zagora → Draa Valley → Ouarzazate → Marrakech
Follow the Draa Valley via Agdz (Tamnougalt if time allows), lunch near Ouarzazate and cross the High Atlas back to Marrakech.
